Who owns the code and the system?

You do. The source code is handed over to you once the project is paid in full, with admin credentials and documentation. WhatsApp numbers, phone lines, hosting and knowledge bases sit on your own accounts, so there's no lock-in.

No. Our custom CRMs have no per-seat fees, even when we host them. Your costs don't go up as your team grows.

English and Hindi are in production today, and we're not limited to them — we build and deploy voice agents in many other languages, including regional Indian and international ones.

Our largest voice deployment handles 250+ inbound and 500+ outbound calls a day, with around 20 calls at the same time. Plan for around 15 days of tuning before it performs reliably.

Do you use our data to train AI models?

No. We don't use your business data to train AI models, and where an AI provider offers a setting that keeps business data out of training, we use it.

Will you sign an NDA?

Which privacy laws do you follow?
